For the past two decades, Frank Spencer has worked with business leaders and entrepreneurs, helping them to advance in areas such as innovation, collaborative development and personal growth. He holds a Master of Arts in Strategic Foresight from Regent University, and is a member of the Association of Professional Futurists and the World Futures Studies Federation. Along with former Disney futurist Yvette Montero Salvatico, he founded the foresight, innovation and strategic design firm Kedge, working with Fortune 100 companies, non-profits, entrepreneurs and universities to create robust and transformational strategy, culture, products and experiences. Frank is a prolific speaker, having delivered presentations to a wide range of groups and conferences during his career, covering topics such as creating a foresight competency within organizations, leveraging emerging trends and patterns, reaching aspirations and preferred futures, and “the future of” a multitude of concepts such as work, technology, cities and the human experience. Kedge offers several innovation and leadership training programs to help clients seize the emerging landscape of opportunity, and this expertise is being captured in a forthcoming book from principals Frank Spencer and Yvette Montero Salvatico entitled “Wicked Opportunities,” detailing how a unique response to accelerating change could yield a harvest of generative ideas in business as well as solutions to the world’s greatest challenges.
