Adam Smiley Poswolsky is the author of The Quarter-Life Breakthrough. He has inspired young professionals and entrepreneurs to have quarter-life breakthroughs and find fulfilling work through his work as director at The Bold Academy, facilitator for the Hive Global Leaders Program, and mentor for the StartingBloc Institute for Social Innovation and the Dell Social Innovation Lab.
Smiley writes stories about purpose-driven millennials who are making a positive impact in their communities. His work has appeared in Forbes, GOOD, The Huffington Post, The Hairpin, and Thought Catalog, among others. Since graduating from Wesleyan University in 2005, he has had eight jobs in six cities in two countries and explored (at least) four different career fields.
