An Edible, Tasteless Cocoon To Keep Food Fresh
Written by: EarthSky
Fruit that spoils in transport or at the store is an incredibly wasteful part of our food systems. What if we could keep it fresh longer using only natural processes?

They’re made from gum Arabic, a natural product from the Acacia trees of Sudan, Africa. It’s eco-friendly, biodegradable, and nontoxic.
